What I am saying specifically is there is not enough common ground between immigrants who are people of colour and white people as they come from a totally different world and don’t have as much exposure (no travel, little passion / hobbies) . Cross-racial friendships are beautiful and easier to cultivate between white folks and second generation immigrants :)
